MUA Undress me too

If you follow me on instagram you'll know that I am completly obsessed with MUA's Undress me too palette at the moment. I really like wearing gold/bronze colours on my eyes everyday.

The colours in this palette are very good quality considering the palette retails at £4.00! These shadows are really highly pigmented and are very blendable. If I am going for a natural look I will use ‘Naked’ across my lid and ‘Lavish’ in my crease and, if I want a bit more colour, I will use ‘Devotion’ and ‘Dreamy’. ‘Shy’ is a lovely highlighting colour, so I have been using this on my brow bone everyday. I am looking forward to using the darker colours for a night out.

I find that the colour lasts all day on my lids, but if I want to make it stay even longer I have been using my Maybelline colour tattoo eyeshadow in Eternal Gold as a base for the shadow.

This palette comes with 3 matte colours and the rest are shimmery. I think this is definitely one of my favorite MUA palettes. I do want to get their ‘Dusk till Dawn’ palette! I love MUA as a brand I think it’s brilliant. The products are all so cheap, yet they are actually very good quality.
Have you tried this palette? What is your favorite MUA product?

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain | Review

Hi Guys! One of my favorite lip colours at the moment is Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable balm stain in the colour Lovesick. It is a really pretty pink, sometimes I use this with a clear gloss over the top for a more subtle pink and sometimes I will use 2-3 layers of this on its own and this creates a really bright vibrant pink.

Coral and pink are my favorite colours to wear on my lips in the spring/summer and I think this is a perfect pink. It lasts for hours without smudging. When I bought this I thought that it would be really light in colour and moisturising but after using it I found that it's a lot more pigmented than I was expecting and I don't feel that it is as moisturising as I'd hoped. This doesn't bother me as I just use a lip balm before applying it.

I think that the design of these chubby crayons make the product really easy to apply and are perfect for on the go! These are a dupe of the Clinique Chubby Sticks which I haven't yet tried but I would expect the Clinique version to be a lot more moisturising as they have quite a steep price tag - £16.00 for 3g whereas the Revlon Just bitten Kissable balm stain retails at £7.99 for 2.7g.

I bought this whilst boots had their 3 for 2 offer on. These balm stains also have a lovely, fresh pepperminty scent, which I personally really like, as I was worried these may have that cheap plastic-y scent. Overall I think these products are definitely worth the hype that has been made over them. There are a couple of other colours I'd like to try and they are crush and rendezvous.

Have you tried these? What did you think?

MeMeMe Flawless Cream Foundation | Review

I have recently been trying lots of different foundations and one of which was MeMeMe's Flawless Cream Foundation. On the MeMeMe website it states that this is a medium coverage, personally I would say this is a medium/high. It’s really soft and creamy and goes on to the skin really softly.

As you’ll know if you read my blog I have very dry skin and I find that this foundation is really moisturising. It has a SPF 15 so good for the summer (whenever that decides to arrive!). It says on the website that if you want a dewy finish to add the MeMeMe moonbeam to it. I don't have the moonbeam but I do have Benefit’s Highbeam and I love the finish when I add that to this foundation.

The only thing I dislike about this is the plastic packaging; I think this makes it feel cheap. This retails at £12.50 and I have just seen that it’s currently on offer and you get a free concealer with it. It only comes in four colours - I have two which, when mixed together, make the perfect colour for me. I have beige blush and porcelain pure. Overall I really like this foundation and would definitely recommend it!

March Birchbox 2013

Hi Guys. I know this is super late but I thought I would do it anyway! The March Birchbox's theme was "Role Models." When I received the box I was so excited as I had already seen reviews on it and I saw that it had the Beauty blender in it, I have been wanting to try this for so long and don't know why I haven't already purchased it! I don't think that the other samples were that amazing but having the beauty blender definitely made up for this!

Beauty Blender|Sponge
"Beloved by make-up artists and celebs alike, this ingeniously shaped fushia beauty tool enables you to create a flawless finish with your foundation and concealer." - Full-size £24.00
I cannot wait to use this. I will do a full review after using it a few times!

Beauty Blender|Cleanser
"One thing we've learned from our beauty role models? You must clean your tools. This cleanser prolongs the life of the beautyblender and all your make-up brushes. Get a head-start on your spring clean!" Full-size £22.00

Laura Geller Beauty|Inkwell waterproof gel liner
"This smooth long-wearing gel eyeliner comes with a handy brush that makes it super-easy to apply. Jojoba oil and vitamin E are among the skin-loving ingredients." Full-size £24.50
I can't believe the full price of this. I will try it but unfortunately it is a purple colour so I don't think I will get much use out of it!

Molton Brown|Valbonne Fragrance
"Known for their gorgeous lotion and shower gel scents, Molton Brown's fine fragrance collection is predictably heavenly. Valbonne combines notes of bergamot, dewy orange flower, rose, vetiver and leather for a sophisticated scent that will take you from day to night." Full-size £65.00
I have worn this once and hate it. I have a bit of a funny taste in fragrances I prefer really sweet, young, girly smelling fragrances. This smells really strong and masculine.

La Sultane De Saba|Body lotion with argan oil
"Inspired by ancient beauty rituals of the Orient and Asia, La Sultane de saba's body lotion with rich Argan oil sinks into skin with ease, leaving a delicate scent. Divine." Full-size £26.50
I have used this a few times and I really like it. It is really moisturising and it has a really nice light scent to it!

Yu-Be|Moisturising Skin Cream
"Don't let the primrose colour fool you - this multi-purpose medicated moisturiser is made of tough stuff. A bestseller in Japan since 1957, the comforting camphor scent magically disappears about a minute after application, but leaves you with super-soft skin." Full-size £19.50
I will definitely try this as it is supposed to be really good for dry skin, and my skin is very dry at the moment!

Lindt| Lindor Heart Tin Filled With Chocolate Truffles
"Treat yourself with the irresistibly smooth LINDOR truffles, made with passion by LINDT master Chocolatiers."
This is brilliant! A little tin of my favorite chocolates, can't complain!

So over all I think that the beauty blender made this box the other items weren't great! I think that if the eyeliner was in black then that would have been great but I rarely wear purple on my eyes!

Did you receive anything different? What did you think of this months box?
